Implicit in the earning of the HCP (Hyperion Certified Professional) certification is that the candidates have apprentice knowledge of network design, implementation and maintenance capability for middle or small enterprises.

Candidates who wish to become a HCP must pass the Hyperion 4H0-100 and Hyperion 4H0-110 exam. In preparation for this exam candidates are advised to also do the training course Hyperion Essbase Bootcamp Part 1: Design, Build and Calculate Analytic Services Databases. (Please note that the training course is a recommendation.) This training course is available from Hyperion Bootcamp.
